Give to a brighter future
Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving back, giving you the opportunity to join thousands of others in supporting a cause close to your heart. We hope you’ll choose ACES. Giving Tuesday is a perfect time for you to join the scores of donors who have already given generously this year to theor add to your previous gift.
Six scholarships are awarded annually through the ACES Education Fund. One is the Bill Walsh scholarship, in honor of the late editor, author, and ACES guiding spirit. The winner receives $3,500 plus financial aid to attend the ACES national conference.
Four of the winners will each receive $1,500, and $2,500 will go to the student chosen as the Aubespin scholar. All five winners also are eligible for aid to attend the ACES conference.
In a partnership with the Dow Jones News Fund, the Education Fund launched the Richard S. Holden Diversity Fellowship in 2020. The fellowship is a pilot program dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion by advancing early- and mid-career professionals in their work as editors and aspiring industry leaders. Our goal is to enable participants to obtain the training and support they need for a faster track to success.
The generosity of donors enables all of these awards.
By giving, you help ensure the future of our profession.as you step back from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and help a cause you believe in.
